Instructions
- 1.
In a mortar: Pound garlic, bird’s eye chilies together. Set aside.
- 2.
In a mixing bowl: add fish sauce, lime juice, tamarind juice, palm sugar and the paste from the mortar. Mix well.
- 3.
Add prawns, grated raw mango, coriander stem (chopped), sliced shallots, ground roasted peanuts and roasted grated coconut meat. Toss gently.
- 4.
Serve on a plate and garnish with coriander leaves.
