Pico de Gallo is a fresh salsa made with diced roma tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, garlic, and spices. Just mix everything together and chill it for a few hours before serving.

    Stir the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, garlic, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
