Combine sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream in a large bowl.

Add lime juice and whisk until thickened, about 1 minute.
- 3.
Spread 1 cup of the filling on the bottom of a deep-dish pie plate, 11-inch oval casserole, or 2 shallow pie plates.
- 4.
Top with a single layer of Ritz crackers.
- 5.
Repeat the layers of filling and crackers until the pie plate is full, finishing with a layer of filling.
- 6.
Sprinkle with grated lime zest.
- 7.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight before serving.
