Instructions
1.
Preheat the oven to 400°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
2.
Arrange the baguette slices in a single layer on the baking sheets and brush both sides with olive oil.
3.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden and toasted.
4.
Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and serve with desired toppings.

Notes
Store leftover crostini in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
Recommended toppings include eggplant caponata, fresh basil, pesto and roasted tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil with balsamic reduction, whipped feta, blackberries, mint, honey, homemade labneh, peaches, dukkah, creamy goat cheese, roasted butternut squash, crispy sage leaves, black pepper, and more.
