Butter Chicken
Butter Chicken is a creamy Indian dish made with chicken, butter, tomatoes, cashews, and spices. To make it, you'll need chicken breast, ginger and garlic pastes, butter, tomatoes, heavy cream, and some spices. Just marinate the chicken, cook it with the sauce, and blend everything for a smooth finish.

- 1.
Marinade the chicken with 1 Tbsp ginger paste, 1 Tbsp garlic paste, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chili peppers, 1 tsp paprika for 1-2 hours.

Melt 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp oil in a pan
- 3.
Add the cashew and fry 30 secs
- 4.
Add the chopped onion and tomato. Cook 5 mins
- 5.
Add the sugar, 1 Tbsp ginger and 1 Tbsp garlic paste, paprika, red chili powder, Garam masala,salt and 1 tbsp heavy cream and 1 cup warm water

cover and cook for 10 mins.

Cool a bit and blend to a smooth paste in a mixer

Strain the mixture. Discard the seeds and skin that will be leftover once completely strained.

Heat 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter in a pan
- 10.
Fry the marinated chicken for 3-4 mins on each side. Set aside once done

In the same pan, add the strained mixture. Bring to a boil
- 12.
Add the chicken pieces and 1 tbsp butter.

Cover and cook 5 mins
- 14.
Add kasoori methi, 1 tsp garam masala and 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 15.
Mix well. turn off heat let is rest for 5 mins
