Buffalo Chicken Quinoa Bowls

Buffalo Chicken Quinoa Bowls are made with quinoa, chicken breast, blue cheese, carrots, and celery, seasoned with Frank’s hot sauce; just coat the chicken, cook it up, and mix everything together.

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Coat chicken breast in arrowroot. Cook in batches in a pan. Coat with Franks Red

  2. 2.

    While the chicken cooks, cut the carrots and celery

  3. 3.

    Cook the quinoa and add in the blue cheese

Notes

  • arrowroot doesn't create a crust like egg/cornstarch would so it's a bit tender
